Le Orecchiette al Vino Rosso Saracino sono una pasta di semola di grano duro caratterizzata dal particolare colore rosato e dal gusto originale conferito dal vino rosso al 12%.

La ricetta contiene anche barbabietola in polvere, che contribuisce alla tonalità distintiva della pasta. La forma ruvida e concava delle orecchiette trattiene bene il condimento, rendendole adatte a ricette con formaggi, verdure, sughi delicati o preparazioni gourmet.

Excellent and exquisite oil

Excellent quality oil, without any acidity, it doesn't hit the throat at all, a very slight bitter aftertaste as it should be for good oil. To be tasted raw on bread and to season cold meat and vegetables, I almost hate to have to use it for cooking. I will definitely buy it again and I recommend it. I have been buying from other producers in Puglia and Sicily for years, even very short supply chains, but I had not yet found such a good oil.
